Requirements

• Marketing analytics: Purchase funnel analysis, campaigns tracking and
assess against goal
• Define business problems basis data analysis, develop processes, drive
implementation and track key metrics
• Develop strategy for new business growth and traffic & conversion
improvement
• On daily basis, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and
testing hypothesis, and developing and communicating recommendations
• Creating relevant dashboards to support day to day business management
and growth
• Prepare presentations for reviews and updates
Desired Skills and Experience -
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, hands on experience with
advanced MS excel
• Willingness to work in dynamic/ challenging environment
• Ability to drive results with strong thought leadership
• Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented
• 2-3 yrs of relevant experience preferably in e-commerce or BFSI
sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated
attitude
• Exposure and understanding of various aspects of business required –
marketing, platform (mobile and website), call center management etc. |
