As
the lead – Digital partnership, one will be responsible for new business
targets through digital channels of Bancassurance and Fintech partners of
ICICI Prudential Life. The digital channels comprise of the insurance section
appearing on the banks’ and partners’ websites, apps and other digital
assets. One will be working on the overall distribution strategy, product
proposition, purchase journeys and marketing strategy for digital life
insurance solutionss through digital partners:
• Delivering business targets through digital partners
• Creating a customer segment-product offering-digital journey mapping for
each partner by deep mining of data and customer behavior patterns on digital
platforms
• Digital marketing – for the chosen combinations, launching various types
of digital marketing campaigns in consultation with the partner
• Operations and customer journey – working with IT, Operations and
Underwriting teams to facilitate smooth customer experience
• Fulfilment through assistance – managing call centres and other forms of
sales assistance (non-physical)
• Partner Management – engaging the partner with insights and growth plans
for the category
• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices between
partners and internal teams to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
Skills and experience required:
• • Experience of 5-10 years in retail distribution business preferably in
partner engaging / managing roles
• Proven influencing and collaboration skills
• Good understanding of core business processes
• Demonstrated proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performance
teams
• Good execution skills to be able to deliver the overall digital partner
strategy
• Ability to define right metrics, use data analytics and conduct
qualitative research to understand customer demand, purchase behavior and
overall experience to design future strategies
• Good communication and planning skills |
