• Ownership of the application production support for the IT applications
• Lead Application Support L1&L2 across the applications from the end user
perspective
• Form , maintain and manage a capable IT application support team
• Ensure well documented SOP/checklist and execution same as per the expected
timelines
• Own disaster recovery of applications with close co-ordination with infra team
• Ensure expected SLAs ,turned around time requirements linked to incidents
,changes ,problems in production
• Manage the application deployment in production
• Lead and priorities the application support teams work load
• Manage and Own the Problem Management Process
• Maintain application monitoring , performance tuning and testing
• Provide input to the implementation ,backup and roll back plan
Experience range : 3-8 years
Must be good in verbal and written communications
Must have prior support function background
