Accountability:
·Acquiring new
corporate agents and brokers for the assigned zone to increase market share and
drive profitability
· Responsible for driving
new premium generation and renewal collections across assigned geographies
through deepening relationships
· Handling
escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers and ensuring
a prompt response
· Assist and train
partners for new and existing products through periodical training
interventions and joint field calls
· Timely tracking the
sales performance through various organizational metrics and MIS to ensure
business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance
Engage and coordinate
with various cross functional teams for seamless service deliveries
