Role

·         Monitor and supervise the activities of the ground sensing team and PAN India risk controllers.

·         Ensure the timely and accurate utilization of dashboards provided by the central team to enhance overall efficiency.

·         Monitor and track investigations conducted by the risk controllers, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines.

·         Collaborate with the central team to establish and maintain SOPs for risk management processes, ensuring they are followed consistently.

·         Coordinate with the central team to understand and communicate any updates, changes, or improvements to the dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

·         Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding the performance and effectiveness of the ground sensing team and risk controllers.

·         Stay updated with industry regulations, best practices, and trends related to risk management, making suggestions for process improvements, as necessary
