• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that solve users problems and make digital onboarding smoother
• Scan competition and have a continuous look out for emerging market trends to identify opportunities and scope for improvement
• Write and Device exhaustive Business Requirement Docs/ Product Requirement Docs for projects
• Measure the efficacy of the projects taken live and maintain the existing product for continuous growth/optimization
• Do UAT and prepare /aid team to create elaborate Test cases for comprehensive testing of project build received
• Collaborate with business team and Contact center team to identify the issues they face in providing best experience to customers and in scaling the business numbers
• Propose feasible solution for the high impact problems and then drive its execution
