Key Accountabilities 

Handling Consumer Litigation matters and notices

·       Reviewing the cases / notices received on merit and on legal aspects

·       End to end management of legal cases / notices including drafting of brief, replies, evidence, etc.

·       Keeping track and monitoring cases on regular basis

·       Liaising with advocates

·       Active engagement with internal stakeholders

·       Advisory
