Job description

·         Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources within the mobile application, including user interactions, feature usage, and performance metrics

·         Dashboard Development: Design and develop a user-friendly dashboard that provides real-time insights into app metrics such as user engagement, retention rates, conversion rates, and more

·         Metrics Tracking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the mobile app's success

·         Interpretation: Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing user experience and app performance

·         Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behavior and app usage, proactively highlighting areas that require attention

·         Reporting: Generate regular reports and presentations that communicate the findings of your analyses to stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and senior leadership

·         Data Quality: Monitor data integrity and accuracy, ensuring that the information used for analysis is reliable and consistent

·         Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app analytics, contributing to the evolution of the company's data analysis capabilities

·         Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution

·         Use predictive analytics to forecast future performance and use models to predict and determine how prospective leads should be allocated
